Scope of Work

Solved recurring water infiltration in a walk-out basement in Lebanon, Ohio by filling the low elevation around the foundation and correcting the grade to establish positive drainage away from the structure. The corrected slope eliminates the conditions that allowed water to pool and seep into the basement.

Structural fill, topsoil, compacted gravel, erosion control fabric
